30-day return policy
After receiving your order, you have 30 days to request a return.
Defects or damage caused by us
Please inspect your product upon delivery.
Any manufacturing defects or transit damage must be reported within 24 hours of receipt by email to support@snoutino.com, attaching clear photos of the issue and the packaging.
Once our responsibility is confirmed, the return will be completely free of charge — we will arrange collection by the courier on a date agreed with you.
Customer-initiated returns
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service to send your return.
Until the goods are received at our warehouse, they remain the customer's responsibility.
Return label
Once your request is approved, you will receive a PDF return label by email to print and attach to the parcel.
The label must be clearly visible, intact and legible. If not, the parcel will be refused and returned to the sender.
Do not place any other documents or adhesive tape over the barcode.
Inspection and refund
Once the parcel is received, we will inspect the condition of the product.
If no issues are found, we will issue a refund within 14 days using the same payment method as the original order.
14-day cooling-off period — EU & UK
If your order is shipped within the European Union or United Kingdom, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days for any reason, without providing any justification.
The product must be in the same condition as when you received it: unused, with all original tags and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Exchanges
The quickest way to get the product you want is to return the item you received and, once the return is accepted, purchase the new item separately.
Damage and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if you notice any defects, damage, or if you have received the wrong item. We will assess the problem and do everything we can to resolve it as quickly as possible.
Reasons a return may not be accepted
- The return request deadline has passed.
- The product is personalised and non-returnable.
Reasons a refund may not be accepted, or may only be partial
In addition to the above:
- Visible signs of use (dirt, stains, etc.).
- Damage that occurred during the return shipment.
- Unusability due to voluntary or involuntary tampering.
- Missing parts of the original packaging or contents.
