Delivery times
The total time from order confirmation to delivery is divided into two phases:
1. Order processing: Verification, quality control and packaging are completed within a few hours of purchase.
2. Shipping: Once dispatched, the estimated delivery times are:

Business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays.
Tracking and notifications
You will receive email updates for every stage of your shipment. As soon as your parcel leaves our warehouse, we will send you an email with your tracking code so you can follow your delivery in real time.
Important information
Changing your delivery address; If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us before your order is dispatched by writing to support@snoutino.com. Snoutino is not responsible for losses or incorrect deliveries resulting from changes made directly with the carrier after dispatch.
Shipping costs: Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Delays
We do our best to meet the stated delivery times. In the event of a delay, we ask that you wait up to 7 business days from the dispatch date before contacting us to report a non-delivery.
